Manufacturing Capabilities
Our Production Workshop is dedicated to Stainless Steel to prevent cross contamination. Fabrication of Small to Medium size hygienic process equipment for the Dairy, Food and Beverage industry including Storage Tanks, Mix Tanks, Heat Treatment/ Pasteurisers, CIP Sets, Open Vats, Open Tables, Process Pipework, Skid Assemblies, and any Bespoke requirements all Designed / Fabricated on the premises and installed on site by us throughout the UK and Ireland.
Being self-sufficient in production from raw material delivery to onsite commissioning means material handling and quality is in full control. Our build standards and quality are uncompromised allowing us to supply some of the biggest names in the industry.
Cutting/Drilling/Punching
Sheet metal is cut to size and shaped in house, where required Laser cutting is through a single authorised supplier ensuring quality and traceability to our exact standards.

Sheet Metal Forming
After being cut we have a selection of sheet and plate rolling machines to achieve sheet forming, from a small tube on our hand rollers up to large storage tank barrel on the 3-meter hydraulic rollers we have it covered.

Sheet Metal Pressing
Sheet metal pressings and developments all taken care of with our 150T Cyblec controlled press, hydraulic tool clamping and huge selection of tooling to complete the most complex pressing developments.

Tank and Vessels Flat Flanged End and Cone Forming
We take care of tank builds in house from start to finish, this means forming the hygienic flat flanged ends or cones to complete the tank body. For this we use a Blue Valley spinner, this is integral to being self-sufficient and allowing us to keep all aspects of the build under our control.
-Blue Valley Flanger 4-1204B Knuckle radius machine.
-Flat Flanged ends from 400mm-3600mm with 25mm KR.
-15° & 30° Cones from 400mm-3600mm with 25mm/40mm KR.
-15° & 30° forming jigs to form initial cone before KR.
-Material thickness 2mm to 6mm.
-Eckold hydraulic former with 20mm and 40mm KR tooling.
Pipework and Tube Manipulation
All pipework is completed to our strict company standards, Involving pre and post weld inspections. Internal pipe welds can be inspected using our 8mtr HD video probe.

-T Drill T55 T pullers 12mm up to 54mm.

Saw Cutting
Long stock is cut and prepared for fabrication on our 330mm diameter capacity bandsaw.

Polishing Shop
Not only do we make the product look great before going to out, but the main emphasis is on product quality, function, and hygiene to the customer. Through years of experience and craftsmanship we spend that extra time ensuring the polishing quality is second to none.
-Segregated Polishing Shop with external dust extraction.
-Timesaver 1300 series Belt polisher 900mm width capacity and 2mm-190mm in thickness.
-Hydraulic spinning positioners to achieve uniform grain finish on tank flat ends and cones up to 3600mm in diameter.
-Kaeser HPC SM Series Screw Compressor.
-Sioux and Dynabrade air tools to achieve hygienic and USDA compliant material finish to 0.8 Ra.
-Weld brush 400 electro polisher for descaling and passivation.
-Karcher HDS steam Cleaner.
Welding
Welder codings are kept up to date with the assistance of our independent consultant, this is then continually monitored in house and job specific job procedures written and followed.
-Section 1X, ASME Boiler and Pressure vessel Code 2019, & BSEN ISO 9606-1, & Internal WPS to ensure full control of joints.

Confined Space Works and Equipment
Working in confined spaces is unavoidable with the services we provide, we have taken the time and investment to ensure that we provide a safe, efficient environment and process to our engineers and customers. With continued training and practice this is a part of our highly experienced engineers working day.
Confined space working is managed and monitored by our own team using an extensive selection of equipment to cover all entry situations.

-Nederman Forced air ventilation and extraction.
-Access and Egress is covered with a selection of ladders, mewps and Man ride equipment.

-Intrinsically safe lighting.
-Personnel PPE entry clothing, and full body Kevlar cut resistant clothing for entry involving blades.
Inspection
Inspection is carried out on every piece of equipment before leaving the workshop, we also offer an onsite inspection service for customer specific requirements on any of their equipment from any manufacturer, full reports produced and discussed.

NDT
We offer onsite NDT services for customers and their equipment supplied by any manufacture. We will inspect any specific areas of concern or problem areas; a report will be issued and we will liaise with the customer with options and best repair methods to any defects found. We can then look at undertaking this agreed repair.
Non-destructive testing is performed where required on our own products during the build stage, this is to ensure the integrity of all welded and polished joints before the next stage of the build or completion.
